What you will be doing:

 

We are seeking a results-oriented Financial & Service Operations Manager with strong experience in datacenter services, financial planning, and project management. This position plays a critical role in driving financial performance, operational excellence, and service delivery effectiveness within our growing data center operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in P&L ownership, revenue optimization, cash flow management, and will thrive in a project-driven, fast-paced environment.

 

  • Lead financial planning and analysis for datacenter operations, including full P&L ownership, cost controls, and profitability tracking.
  • Oversee revenue forecasting, project billing, and alignment of financials with customer SLAs and operational metrics.
  • Manage and optimize cash flow across multiple datacenter projects and service engagements.
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery, PMO, and Technical Teams to ensure financial goals align with project timelines, scopes, and customer commitments.
  • Drive operational efficiency by standardizing processes across deployments, maintenance, and field services.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), service margins, and operational costs to identify improvement areas.
  • Produce and present dashboards, reports, and executive briefings to communicate financial and operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and audit requirements related to datacenter services.

 

Minimum Qualifications

Proven experience managing datacenter or infrastructure services with strong financial accountability

  • Deep understanding of P&L management, revenue recognition, and margin optimization in technical services
  • Strong background in cash flow analysis, operational budgeting, and forecasting
  • Proficiency in project-based financial tracking and service contract management
  • Excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional teams (engineering, PMO, field service, finance)
  • Strong knowledge of operational workflows in data center deployments, maintenance, or remote hands services
  • Skilled in ERP and financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite), and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA or PMP preferred)
  • 5–8+ years of experience in financial and operational roles within datacenter, IT services, or critical infrastructure industries
  • Experience managing project-based financial and operational KPIs
  • Familiarity with service-level agreements (SLAs), uptime commitments, and infrastructure lifecycle costing.

The base salary range for this full-time position is Fill External Posting Range Here per year. Actual pay will depend on factors such as location, skills, experience, market conditions, and business needs. This role may also be eligible for incentive pay, subject to the terms of the applicable plan. Eligible employees receive company-provided benefits in accordance with plan terms and eligibility requirements.
