Key Responsibilities

Delta Electronics is seeking a forward-thinking and technically skilled Senior Manager, Container & Integration Deliver to lead our modular data center initiatives with a specific focus on power infrastructure. Based in Plano, TX, this role will drive the strategy, development, and deployment of prefabricated modular solutions that integrate Delta’s world-class PDU and UPS technologies. The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of power distribution and backup systems with strong leadership and business acumen to meet the growing demands of edge enterprises, and hyperscale data centers in North America.

What you would be doing:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute the modular data center strategy with a focus on integrating Delta’s PDU and UPS products into turnkey solutions.
  • Lead regional market analysis to identify opportunities for modular deployments in colocation, hyperscale, and enterprise segments.
  • Serve as the technical and business champion for Delta’s power infrastructure within modular data center offerings.

Product & Solution Ownership

  • Oversee design, engineering, and commercialization of modular power systems including integrated UPS, battery storage, PDUs, and switchgear.
  • Ensure compatibility with Delta’s broader infrastructure solutions including cooling, monitoring, and control systems.

Customer & Partner Engagement

  • Collaborate with business development and sales teams to support client engagements and respond to RFPs with customized power-focused modular solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, engineering firms, and end-users across the region.

Project Execution

  • Direct the planning, manufacturing, and deployment of modular power systems to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Oversee system integration, factory testing (FAT), and field deployment for large-scale and distributed edge environments.

Team & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Manage a team of project managers, solution architects, solution managers, Integration and Delivery engineers.
  • Collaborate closely with Delta’s global R&D, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in the data center or power infrastructure industry, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Deep understanding of PDU, UPS, and modular power systems for mission-critical environments.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying power systems in prefabricated or modular enclosures.
  • Familiarity with standards such as UL, IEEE, NFPA 70E, NEC, TIA-942, and Uptime Tier Standards.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering modular or integrated solutions to enterprise or hyperscale clients.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed within North America (up to 30%).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with North American colocation or hyperscale operators.
  • Technical knowledge of lithium-ion battery systems, flywheel UPS, or modular switchgear.
  • Prior involvement in edge data center or containerized infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with digital twin or DCIM platforms.
