Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

System Integration & Validation

  • Plan, execute, and document system integration testing for hardware and software.
  • Validate interoperability between components within data center environments.
  • Test end-to-end workflows including connectivity, redundancy, and failover scenarios.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and validation procedures.
  • Conduct functional, performance, stress, and regression testing.
  • Identify, document, and track defects; support root-cause analysis.
  • Use monitoring and diagnostic tools to verify performance and identify bottlenecks.

Deployment Support

  • Support pre-deployment staging and post-deployment validation activities.
  • Ensure systems meet performance, reliability, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve integration or performance issues.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of test results, integration procedures, and configurations.
  • Provide regular progress updates, test metrics, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in data center engineering, testing, or system integration.
  • Strong knowledge of data center power and/or cooling infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with testing equipment and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Pay Range

USD $120,000.00 - USD $140,000.00 /Yr.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000.00 per year. Actual pay will depend on factors such as location, skills, experience, market conditions, and business needs. This role may also be eligible for incentive pay, subject to the terms of the applicable plan. Eligible employees receive company-provided benefits in accordance with plan terms and eligibility requirements. Benefits include health coverage, wellness resources, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and other company‑sponsored programs; parental leave is provided in accordance with applicable law.
