The Power Electronics & Controls Engineer – Microgrid Systems is responsible for the design, development, validation, and deployment of power electronic converters and their associated control algorithms for grid-connected and islanded microgrid and energy infrastructure systems. This role focuses on delivering robust, standards-compliant control solutions for applications such as BESS, PCS, inverters, solid-state transformers (SST), and microgrid systems — while collaborating closely with hardware, firmware, protection, and systems engineering teams.
