· Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure strategic alignment, technical accuracy, and tone consistency.
· Support the creation of large-scale, research-based content that can be repurposed across reports, presentations, and digital campaigns.
Content Operations & Optimization
· Manage the content lifecycle—intake, creation, approval, publication, and performance tracking—ensuring version control and accessibility.
· Maintain organized repositories and communication channels to support internal visibility and reuse.
· Interpret performance metrics using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to identify insights and recommend actionable improvements for content effectiveness.
· Partner with campaign and digital marketing teams to ensure content is discoverable, optimized for SEO, and consistent across paid, earned, and owned channels.
Campaign & Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Collaborate with global and regional teams to align content with marketing campaigns, product launches, and event initiatives.
· Ensure messaging consistency across PR, web, social, and any outbound communications.
· Support U.S. demand generation initiatives with targeted content that speaks to industry priorities, from data center efficiency to renewable power management.
· 8+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or brand communications, preferably within B2B technology, energy, or industrial sectors.
· Proven success in creating and managing multi-channel content for enterprise or technical audiences. Written sample required during interview process.
· Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills—able to simplify complex concepts into compelling narratives.
· Proficiency with content management, analytics tools (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Salesforce, Google Analytics), and PowerPoint.
· Experience working in cross-functional and global environments.
· Experience working with AI tools and optimizing content for SEO in an AI world
· Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
· Experience collaborating with senior leadership or technical experts to develop thought leadership content.
