Customer Service Representative

About the role:

 

Key responsibilities:

Responsible processing purchase orders in SAP in a timely manner, following up the task closely and ensure close the loop (shipping samples, replacement units, parts, and samples. New account set up, shipment completion). Assist with RMAs, tracking and managing orders when needed. Using company tool (portal.) to make sure the paperwork has been filled out correctly to follow process.

Perform an array of sales operation tasks (process orders, create credit memo, ship samples and parts, new account set up).

Minium Qualifications:

Microsoft office tool

Data Analysis experiences

Familiar with EDI, SAP

Minimum college graduate

Previous sales support experience is preferred

Bilingual English-Mandarin ( Preferred)
