Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Marketing Associate to support and execute a broad range of marketing initiatives, from targeted, closed-door customer programs to large-scale trade shows. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, execution-focused marketer who enjoys hands-on involvement in event execution, content development, and sales-driven marketing materials, while also supporting project coordination and marketing intelligence efforts. The Marketing Associate will work closely with sales teams and cross-functional partners to manage timelines, track performance, and translate marketing initiatives into measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
· Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, exhibitions, and trade shows from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with Delta’s brand image and business objectives.
· Create digital marketing assets for use across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, social media, YouTube and trade show materials.
· Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors or customers to develop compelling marketing content and communication materials that are consistent with corporate brand messaging.
· Support special business projects and marketing initiatives as needed and perform additional tasks assigned by the sales team.
· Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend optimization strategies.
· Conduct marketing intelligence and market research, including competitive analysis, event benchmarking, customer insights, and industry trend tracking.
· Provide project management support by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely execution of events, projects, and initiatives.

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Visual Communications, Business, or a related field.
· Experience in marketing communications, graphic design, event planning, and execution (internship or entry-level experience acceptable).
· Strong creative skills with hands-on experience designing marketing materials.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
· Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
