Position Overview

 

The Senior Project Manager will support Delta’s growing Energy Infrastructure business, partnering closely with the Director of Commercial Operations to drive execution across key commercial initiatives.

 

This role is responsible for leading cross-functional projects that improve pipeline visibility, forecasting, pricing processes, and overall commercial performance. Operating within a PMO framework, this individual will bring structure, governance, and scalability to a rapidly expanding business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional commercial operations and business transformation projects from initiation through execution
  • Drive project planning, timelines, milestones, risk management, and stakeholder alignment
  • Support PMO governance, process standardization, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Leadership teams to drive execution
  • Identify operational gaps and implement scalable process improvements
  • Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting metrics to support data-driven decision-making
  • Support CRM optimization, forecasting processes, pricing workflows, and change management initiatives
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience within Project Management, Program Management, or PMO environments
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification required
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within commercial operations, sales operations, PMO, or business transformation environments
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and business reporting tools
  • Strong stakeholder management, process improvement, and organizational leadership skills

Pay Range

USD $115,000.00 - USD $140,000.00 /Yr.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting energy infrastructure, industrial, manufacturing, or technology-driven organizations
  • Exposure to sales operations, forecasting, pricing workflows, or commercial transformation initiatives
  • Experience operating within high-growth or rapidly scaling business environments
