Build and develop and maintain strategic relationships with Sales and 3PL warehouse team to ensure consistent quality and supply reliability, especially when supply is con-strained or demand spikes
Work with materials teams to develop and execute standard work
Monitor every PO closely in high-volume environments
Verify and process warehouse charges
Assist in the planning and coordination of logistics operations, including shipments, de-liveries, and storage
3PL & SAP inventory reconciliations. Monitor and reconcile warehouse inventory and respond to sales or warehouse inquiries related to outbound shipments
Coordinate and provide guidance of sales activities between sales and warehouse to ensure an efficient process
Aid with intra-company project coordination between sales and non-sales departments
Provide backup support for the supervisor and team members
Evaluate and approve freight charges at the lowest possible price
Analyze and audit freight invoices for accuracy and negotiating rates as needed.
Logistics Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze logistics data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for cost savings.
Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) like on-time delivery, transit time, freight cost per unit, etc.
Evaluate and improve logistics processes, including packaging, routing, and carrier selection.
Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
Instruct staff on how to resolve problems related to undelivered goods
Daily Operations Oversight
Ability to effectively work under pressure and meet challenging targets

Excellent problem-solving skills and detail oriented to coordinate/follow up requests
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and tight deadlines in fast pace environment

· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience Supply Chain Management
· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field
· Proficiency in inventory planning, supply chain forecasting, and risk mitigation strategies
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Vlookup and Pivot Table/Out-look
· Strong data analytical in Excel, SQL
· Problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
· Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
· Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
