Position Overview 

 

Location: Dallas/Plano Metro Area 

Compensation: $140K - $175K (commensurate on experience)

Bonus: Eligible 

Travel: Up to 50%

Work Authorization: This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future sponsorship.

 

Delta Electronics is seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Manager to lead strategic business development and account growth activities supporting AT&T within our Telecom Infrastructure organization.

 

This individual will serve as a key customer-facing leader responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening Delta’s relationship within the AT&T environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep Telecom Infrastructure sales experience, existing AT&T relationships, and the ability to immediately contribute within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

 

This is a senior-level role requiring a strong technical understanding of Telecom DC Power Infrastructure solutions, along with proven experience managing full-cycle sales activities across complex Telecom customer environments. The individual must be highly polished, commercially driven, and capable of operating strategically with minimal ramp-up time.

 

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Business Development

  • Lead strategic account management and revenue growth activities supporting AT&T within the Telecom Infrastructure market
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies focused on expanding Delta’s Telecom Infrastructure presence and market share
  • Identify new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and drive full-cycle sales activities from opportunity development through close

Customer Engagement & Solution Selling

  • Serve as the primary customer-facing point of contact supporting AT&T-related business initiatives and strategic engagements
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Product Management, Sales Operations, and internal cross-functional teams to support customer requirements and solution development
  • Support customer discussions involving Telecom DC Power Systems, generators, cabinets, battery technologies, and related infrastructure solutions

Strategic Growth & Operational Alignment

  • Support forecasting, pipeline development, account planning, and revenue growth initiatives aligned to aggressive business expansion goals
  • Coordinate across global teams and communicate effectively across multiple time zones, including partnership with teams in Asia
  • Maintain strong customer engagement while supporting Delta’s long-term Telecom Infrastructure growth strategy within the AT&T environment

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field required
  • 10+ years of direct Telecom Infrastructure sales experience supporting Tier-1 Telecom Operators, including significant experience selling into AT&T environments.
  • Demonstrated success driving strategic account growth and managing full-cycle sales activities within carrier-grade Telecom environments
  • Strong technical understanding of Telecom DC Power Systems, generators, cabinets, battery technologies, and related infrastructure solutions
  • Experience supporting Telecom Infrastructure, critical power, or carrier-grade customer environments
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive relationship management skills
  • Highly polished, results-oriented professional capable of operating independently within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple time zones and global teams, including Asia
  • Ability to travel up to 50% domestically

 

Pay Range

USD $140,000.00 - USD $175,000.00 /Yr.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting large-scale Telecom Infrastructure growth initiatives
  • Experience working within highly matrixed or global organizations
  • Existing relationships within Telecom Infrastructure customer environments preferred
  • Exposure to Data Center or critical infrastructure environments preferred

The base salary range for this full-time position is dependent on factors such as location, skills, experience, market conditions, and business needs. This role may also be eligible for incentive pay, subject to the terms of the applicable plan.
