Position Overview: 

 

Location: Plano, Texas, OR Fremont, California

Target Compensation: $95,000 - $150,000 base salary (commensurate with experience/education)

Work Authorization: This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future sponsorship.

 

The Sr. Talent Development Specialist plays a key role in supporting leadership development, learning initiatives, and employee development programs across Delta Electronics Americas. This position partners closely with HR and business leaders to design, coordinate, and deliver engaging learning experiences that strengthen leadership capability, employee growth, and organizational effectiveness.

 

This role is responsible for supporting leadership development programs, training content creation, facilitation activities, employee development initiatives, and learning operations within a fast-paced, global environment.

 

The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of instructional design, program coordination, communication, facilitation, and organizational skills, along with the ability to create polished, professional, and engaging learning materials for various employee populations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design, coordination, and delivery of leadership development and employee learning programs
  • Create engaging training materials, presentations, facilitator guides, learning resources, and employee development content
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to support onboarding, leadership training, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives
  • Coordinate training schedules, learning sessions, communications, logistics, and program administration activities
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and development programs for employees and leaders across the organization
  • Support learning management activities including tracking participation, maintaining training records, and evaluating program effectiveness
  • Assist with employee assessments, feedback tools, leadership development resources, and talent development initiatives
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Communications, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to align learning initiatives with organizational goals
  • Support digital learning initiatives, eLearning content updates, and modern learning delivery approaches
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, organization, communication, and attention to detail while supporting multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Communications, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience supporting Talent Development, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or related corporate training functions
  • Experience supporting leadership and executive-level learning or development initiatives within corporate environments
  • Strong experience creating executive-ready presentations, learning materials, facilitator guides, and professional training content
  • Strong facilitation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working across cross-functional and global teams within matrixed organizations
  • Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Pay Range

USD $110,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Development (HRD), Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design, Organizational Leadership, Adult Learning, Education, Business Administration (MBA), or related field preferred
  • Relevant certifications or continuing education related to Instructional Design, Leadership Development, Coaching, Learning Technologies, or Visual/Content Design preferred
  • Experience supporting global leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or executive learning initiatives preferred
  • Exposure to instructional design methodologies, eLearning platforms, LMS systems, blended learning approaches, or digital learning technologies preferred
  • Experience supporting multinational, matrixed, or globally distributed organizations preferred
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin preferred to support communication and collaboration across global teams and stakeholders
