Key Responsibilities

The role supports NTT overseas engagements by leading earlystage technical discussions, shaping infrastructure requirements, and delivering optimized, compliant, and scalable data center solutions in close collaboration with internal business units and global engineering teams.

 

Act as the technical presales lead for data center infrastructure opportunities, supporting key accounts such as NTT Group.

Engage with customers to understand data center technical requirements, including availability, scalability, efficiency, reliability, and regulatory constraints.

Develop endtoend data center infrastructure solutions, covering power architecture (UPS, rectifier systems, ESS), cooling strategies, and facility integration.

Lead the preparation of technical responses for RFI / RFP / RFQ, including:

 

System architecture and design concepts

Single Line Diagrams (SLD)

Layout drawings

Technical specifications and assumptions

Bill of Quantities (BoQ)

Collaborate closely with headquarters R&D, product engineering, and regional technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with Delta’s portfolio.

Support sales and corporate strategy teams during customer technical workshops, design reviews, and proposal presentations.

Provide technical clarification and support during bid evaluation and project handover phases.

Contribute technical insights on industry trends, hyperscale and AIready data center requirements, and emerging power and cooling technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Power Engineering, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical presales, solution engineering, or infrastructure design related to data center facilities.
  • Handson understanding of data center power systems, such as UPS, rectifiers, power distribution, and redundancy concepts.
  • Familiarity with data center cooling concepts and infrastructure integration.
  • Experience supporting RFI / RFP processes, including technical documentation and solution proposals.
  • Ability to read and develop SLDs, layout drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Willingness to support regional and overseas projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting hyperscale or colocation data center projects.
  • Exposure to AIready data center designs, highdensity power and cooling requirements.
  • Knowledge of Energy Storage Systems (ESS) and gridconnected power solutions.
  • Familiarity with codes, standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to data center infrastructure.
  • Experience working with global customers or multinational teams.
  • Prior involvement in NTT, telecom operators, cloud service providers, or large enterprise data center projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow into senior solution or technical leadership roles.
