Key Responsibilities

  • First-line IT equipment support for field engineers and approved service providers (3rd party contractors).
  • Become subject matter expert on all Delta service teams’ procedures and processes
  • Maintain laptop and peripheral inventory accurately to support operations and audits
  • Manage all aspects of laptop deployment (prepare, pack, ship, track, and receive)
  • Manage and enhance laptop lifecycle: periodic (quarterly) return for updates, inspection, imaging or re-imaging.
  • Prepare documentation needed to train field engineers and approved service providers on the use of the laptops as needed.
  • Maintain, enhance, create, update, and distribute documentation for standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with local IT Infrastructure team.
  • Identify and execute improvements and enhancements to the existing tools and processes

 

Minimum Qualifications

4-5 years strong IT Client Services Support and IT Infrastructure experience, willingness to work, good communication, and actual or potential customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Specific program experience from IT domain.
