Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Support Services: Lead in the installation,  commission and lifecycle support of liquid cooling systems for data centers, AI, HPC, and enterprise servers.
  • System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of cooling solutions into existing and new infrastructure.
  • Customer Collaboration: Work closely with customers to understand their cooling requirements and develop customized solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in liquid cooling technologies, including Cooling Distribution Units (CDUs) and L11+ rack design.
  • Project Management: Coordinate technical aspects of projects from conception to completion, including problem resolution and process development.
  • Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver technical presentations and training sessions to customers and internal teams.

Skills Required:

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong background in liquid cooling technology, including single-phase and facility-based cooling systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve technical issues related to cooling processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction and stakeholder management.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with engineering and manufacturing teams.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, thermal engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in cooling system start up, commissioning, maintenance, and repair, with a focus on liquid cooling solutions
