We are seeking an experienced Contractor Workforce Coordinator to oversee and coordinate our growing contingent contractor workforce. As our contractor population expands by approximately 50–100 employees, this role will be responsible for maintaining accurate workforce records, coordinating with our Approved Service Providers (ASPs), and ensuring contractors are properly scheduled, trained, and accounted for.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing contractor or contingent workforces, working with staffing/ASP companies, and coordinating workforce requirements across multiple groups. This person will serve as the central point of contact for contractor administration and workforce coordination.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $27.00-$30.00 per hour. Actual pay will depend on factors such as location, skills, experience, market conditions, and business needs. This role may also be eligible for incentive pay, subject to the terms of the applicable plan.
