Support the Americas Regional Real Estate team with real estate development, construction coordination, technical review, and project execution.
The role serves as a bridge between Real Estate, FM, IT, business users, and external project teams, helping translate technical information into project impacts and actions.
Work with FM during project planning and execution to incorporate corporate facility standards and operational requirements, and coordinate projects completion and handover to FM for long-term operations and maintenance.
The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and comfortable working with technical information, project teams, and multiple stakeholders. Experience in commercial real estate, construction, facilities, architecture, engineering, or project coordination is preferred.
· Support planning and execution of real estate development, renovation, and construction projects.
· Review basic construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documents and identify key issues or questions.
· Work with FM to incorporate corporate facility standards, operational requirements, maintainability into project planning and design.
· Apply basic knowledge of MEP, HVAC, and other building systems to support project discussions and identify issues requiring specialist input.
· Identify IT infrastructure requirements and coordinate with IT at the appropriate project stages.
· Help review project scope, preliminary costs, change orders, schedules, and construction progress.
· Participate in site walks, design reviews, construction meetings, and project handover.
· Track technical issues, project documentation, and handover requirements to support a smooth transition to FM.
· Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, Facilities, Business, or related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
· 3+ years of experience in construction, project coordination, facilities, real estate development, architecture/engineering, or a related field.
· Basic understanding of commercial building systems, including MEP and HVAC, and construction processes.
· Basic understanding of IT infrastructure commonly required in office, industrial, and R&D environments.
· Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings and project documents.
· Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
· Comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Commercial or corporate real estate experience preferred.
